Here is how to become a Home Delivery Customer, and join the South Mountain Creamery Family of over 2100 families....

| Step 1: Create a Login. | |||
| Step 2: Place your first Order. | |||
| A Permanet standing Order - are items that you would like deliveried every week | |||
| A Temporary Order, are items that you want deliveried only on your next delivery. | |||
| Step 3: Continue through the check out process. | |||
| This is where you will enter your address, billing information etc. | |||
| Note: After you have submitted your first order, we will confirm that we will be able to deliver to you, and send you a confirmation e-mail, including your delivery day, usually with in 48 hours. | |||
| Step 2: Place a cooler out on the night before your delivery. | |||
| Your delivery could arrive any time between 6am -6pm. you can always call to get a better idea for your first delivery. After our delivery person has found your house, your delivery time should stay pretty consistant. | |||
| Step 3: Bring in your products as soon as possible. | |||
| We recommend to place ice packs in the cooler before the delivery, to ensure a long shelf life for the milk, it is very important to try to keep the milk as cold as possible. As soon as you have notice that the delivery has come, bring the products in and place them in your refrigerator. | |||
| ** Upon request: we are able to deliver in to a refrigerator in the house or garage. We can also ring the doorbell when the delivery is complete. | |||
